ARTWORK

What kind of artwork do you need?

This is what we prefer:

Digital Files:

A high resolution or vector PDF or EPS format with all fonts converted to outlines.

This might work too:

Microsoft Word / Corel Draw X3/ Freehand

This almost never works:

JPEG / GIF / Bitmap images.

The Exception!

File for first time embroidery conversion can be almost anything including a scan.  An existing embroidery file needs to be a DST file.

What if I don’t have artwork?

No problem.  We partner with several graphic designers and we also do t-shirt designing in house.

Do you keep my artwork on file?

All artwork is kept on file for you.

Where do I send my artwork?

You can attach your artwork to your email message in the Contact Us section of our website or you can upload your artwork in the Upload Section.

 

ORDERING

How can I place an order?

You can order direct with us via email or telephone or you may shop on our site and submit your order.

What types of decoration do you offer?

We offer all types of decoration, from embroidery to laser engraving.  This is why we prefer to place orders one-on-one –  to ensure you get the exact look you want.

What happens when I place an order?

After placing your order,  you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to send us your artwork if you haven’t done so already. Once we receive your artwork and our art department has set up your proof, you will receive a Virtual Art Proof via email, along with updates along the way on your order’s progress.

Do I pay sales tax?

We are located in Minnesota so only those who live in Minnesota pay sales tax, and then it is only on promotional items, not apparel.

What other charges can I expect in addition to the item cost?

Charges vary according to item.  Sometimes there is a production set-up fee, and there will always be shipping.

How do I pay for my order?

All first time orders must be paid for before shipping. Most credit cards and checks are accepted.  Large organizations and government purchasers may use corporate purchasing cards.

What if I have an urgent order?

Many companies offer products on a rush basis.  We will do our best to meet your time schedule but as always, more time equates to a better product and higher customer satisfaction.  If you have a rush order, you can search products by 24 hour or rush or contact us directly via telephone.
